Making a Donation

How do I make a gift to support a specific fundraiser?
The fastest way to contribute is online through the organizer’s personal fundraising page. If they sent you a link, simply click the donate button on that page. You can also search for a specific team or individual on our main giving portal to provide much-needed community support.

Can I donate by check?
Yes, we gladly accept checks. Please make your check payable to WellnessPlanUSA and mail it to our central headquarters. If you are supporting a specific participant, write their name in the memo line so we can credit their campaign and support our nonprofit healthcare mission.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
Yes. After you complete your online gift, we will send an email confirmation that includes a PDF copy of your tax receipt. Please save this email for your financial records, as we do not mail physical paper receipts.

Do you accept corporate matching gifts?
Absolutely. Many employers match charitable contributions to nonprofit healthcare organizations. Check with your company’s human resources department to see if they offer this benefit and request a matching gift form. Once you have the form, submit it to us along with a copy of your donation receipt.

Getting started is simple. Log in to our community portal, create an account, and select the type of campaign you want to run. You can choose from pre-set categories like athletic challenges, special occasions, memorial tributes, or a fully custom event designed by you.

How do I personalize my fundraising page?
Navigate to your Participant Center and open the personal page tab. We highly recommend adding your name, uploading a clear photo, and writing a short message explaining why WellnessPlanUSA fundraising matters to you. Sharing your personal connection makes your campaign much more impactful.

Is there a fee to create a personal fundraising page?
No, registering and setting up your online page is completely free. While many organizers choose to kick off their campaign by making a personal donation to show their commitment, it is never required.

What happens if I do not meet my fundraising goal?
Your goal is simply a target to help motivate you and your donors. We celebrate every single dollar raised for our health initiatives. You will not face any penalties or fees if you fall short of your initial target.

How can I thank my supporters?
Log in to your Participant Center to view your donor list. From there, you can send automated thank-you emails directly to your supporters. We provide a basic template, but we recommend personalizing the message to show your genuine appreciation for their help.
